Aren is a Santa Cruz native and the other co-captain of the iGEM team. He is one half of “ShAren.” If you ever need to know something, ask Aren. He is the human encyclopedia that knows anything and everything.

When Aren isn’t captaining, he likes to hang out with bees and give out honey to people on the team. You can probably find Aren making fun of Melody’s grandma glasses.
