Our team members Shrihari, Anindita, Shivsam, Aakash and PI Dr. Rohini met with Professor Suneel Kateriya, School of Biotechnology, Jawaharlal University. We visited his lab where we gained new insights on how to maintain algal cultures in the laboratory. His guidance on algal transformations has been really helpful. He also helped us troubleshoot our Overlap Extension PCR.
