Our project, ‘muninn’, aimed to design and test a suite of biosensors which could be used to indicate whether a person may be suffering from Parkinson's Disease before motor symptoms arise. The three biosensors we have developed are CPLX1 detection via CRISPR SHERLOCK; Glutathione Detection and Eicosane Detection. Our results have been documented on the appropriate pages below.
