1. Integrated Human Practices
We have interviews with Professor Ethan I. Lan, AI and IoT Engineer Mr. Iblis Lin, Toxicity Analyst Ms. Zhao, Shu-Ru, Industry Insider Mr. George Lin, and The Society of Wilderness. Integrating their feedbacks and advice, we improved in many aspects in our project.
2. Model Your Project
Modeling is one of the most critical parts of E.Phoenix. With ou model, people can get mutagenicity after analyzing experiment data from our computational growth model. Also, predict mutagenicity through chemical structures with our mutagenicity prediction AI.
3. Demonstration of Your Work
To display the ability of E. Phoenix, we showcase every detail of it in our demonstration page.

1. Validated Part / Validated Contribution
We summited five toxic genes as basic parts and also their composite parts with lac promoter and RBS. What is more, we provided composite parts with Quorum Sensing system containing red fluorescent protein. We conduct a functional test to Quorum Sensing system. All BioBricks applied in our project are sequence-confirmed, and they all show the inhibition of bacteria growth. To learn more, click on the parts page.
2. Collaboration
Collaboration is not only about to communicate with other teams but to learn together and make every team better. This year we have collaborated with iGEM team NTHU Taiwan, Mingdao, Queens Canada, US AFRL CarrollHS, and Tokyo University of Science.
3. Human Practices
This year we focused on promoting synthetic biology and our project's concept for human practice. We have attended and held many activities to spread the core values of iGEM and raise people's awareness of mutagens. Also, reaching out to other teams actively with conferences and online meetups.

1. Registration and Giant Jamboree Attendance
We have registered for iGEM and looking forward to attending the Giant Jamboree to meet you all!
2. Competition Deliverables
Wiki/Judging form: Finished on October 21st as wiki freezes.
Poster/Presentation: We are well prepared and excited to show our poster and presentation in the Giant Jamboree.
3. Attributions
To show our thankfulness to every person that made our project happen, visit the Attributions page.
4. Project Inspiration and Description
Check out how E. Phoenix was born in our Description page.
5. Characterization / Contribution
This year, we measured the function of biobrick BBa_I6060, a unique yellow fluorescent protein.
