Parts Collection
Shown below is our parts collection, which we used in our cleavage assay. In this assay we integrated our RNA Mango II into the target snR30 RNA Mango II. Although the snR30 RNA Mango II part is not BioBrick compatible, the RNA Mango II aptamer itself is. This enables it to be utilized by future iGEM teams with the integration of it into a hairpin structure within their target RNA. This makes this part collection suitable for future iGEM teams to use for testing the activity of any RNA cleaving enzyme.
