NITHIK BALACHANDRAN
Software
Hi! My name is Nithik and I am a senior this year. This is my third year on the team, so you can almost call me a veteran at this point. I spend most of my time in the Software portion of our project, but also do the Wiki as well. You can probably find me glued to my desk the week before Wiki freeze. Outside of iGEM, I’ll probably be watching some Atlanta sports team losing a lead.

Wet Lab
Hi there! My name is Abby and I am a junior at Lambert High School! This is my second year on the iGEM team and I have spent a majority of those two years doing Wet Lab work for our projects. Hi, I’m Sarah Blackstone! This is my first year on the team. iGEM has provided opportunities to further my knowledge in science and meet new people. When I am not at the laboratory, I spend my time with friends, watching Grey’s Anatomy, and swimming.

Hi, I’m Julia, a biology lover and art enthusiast. I am grateful to be a part of Lambert iGEM and contribute in design and wet lab. Some of my life plans include traveling to Japan to see the 2020 Olympics (there’ll be a man-made meteor shower!), buying a TESLA, and traveling to Mars before I die. But before I emigrate from Earth, let’s first protect it.

It is truly eye-opening to see how much I’ve learned, and I am excited to spend more time with iGEM. I can’t wait to meet everyone at Jamboree!
ARYAN GUPTA
Hardware
Spending my mornings begrudgingly getting out of bed at 5:30 am is definitely not my forte, but each of those mornings have been full of exciting and interesting times with some of the most talented people I have ever met. When I’m not helping out the hardware team you can find me sleeping, cracking jokes, or just messing around.

Hey y'all! Throughout the past three years of being a part of Lambert iGEM, I have developed a passion for synthetic biology while getting to work with some of the most diligent people at our school. SAI METTUPALLI

“Nothing in the world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb.
