Our project was a product of the combined hard work of our team members, but we also received help from others. We greatly appreciate the guidance and aid we received from other people, their contribution made our project possible.
First and foremost, we thank the Undergraduate Lab and its TAs: Mohan Mukesh Malviya, Tharachand Choppa and Anup Chandra Pal at IISER Tirupati for providing us with a working space. Along with this we received help from RM Lab members: Tejan Lodhiya, Saniya Patil and Aseem Palande, BJ Rao Lab members: Anubhav Dhar and Anupama Shirke, SG Lab members: Nikita Shinde, Bijayeeta Deb and Venkateshwarlu Bandi, and VD Lab members: Gowthaman Suresh, Harshini Chakravarthy, Pragya and Sapana Sharma. We're grateful for the continuous guidance they provided, and materials they lent us. We also borrowed materials from PSB Lab, ERR Lab, SSM Lab, SB Lab, SK Lab and PSB Labs.
We thank Dr. Ramkumar's Lab for providing us with a biosafety cabinet for cell culture work and generously supplying competent cells when in time of need.
Sasikumar M, Madan and Ajmal Puthyaveetil from Chemistry lab helped us in performing the HPLC experiments. The Chemistry UG Lab, Ash Lab and Pankaj Kumar Lab further provided us with necessary lab materials. Further, Satish Mutyam helped us with Mass Spectrometry experiments.
Microfluidics and Soft Matter group, IISER Tirupati provided us with a fluorescence microscope.
For Mathematical Modelling, we received inputs from Dr. Tapan Chandra Adhyapak and Prof. Ambika from our institute.
Furthermore, our dear friends and fellow computer geeks- Aditya Sharma, Niladri Das, Vikas Jadhav, Ved Mahajan, Vyshakh B R and Aaradhya Vaze helped us with coding for our model.
Apart from our institute, we got help from Mahila University, Tirupati, Prof. Sanjeev Galande Lab, IISER Pune, Dr. Vikas Jain Lab, IISER Bhopal , Sandhya S. Visweswariah Lab from MRDG department, IISc. Bangalore, and Sunil Laxman Lab from InStem. We received materials crucial to our project from these lab.
Inputs from Nurul Izzati, iGEM Asia ambassador, and Hassnain, also gave us important insights.
