Part collection
This year, we constructed a part collection to strictly regulate the expression of tetR and ptetR, consisting of parts with different expression intensity of tetR in the following list. There are 4 testing expression systems and 3 quorum sensing regulative expression systems by using different constitutive and regulative promoters to drive tetR in this collection, which mainly offer 3 choices: wild type with medium level expression rate and high leakage, HS type with low level expression rate and extra low leakage, and Fus type with high level expression rate and medium level leakage.
