Team Florida would like to thank all of the following people for their support and advice! We would not have gotten this far without their constant guidance and encouragement!
Lab
Dr. Chris Reisch
Assistant Professor, Microbiology and Cell Science
Dr. Reisch played a crucial role in the design and improvement of our project. We would like to thank him for his mentorship and willingness to be present in multiple team meetings! Dr. Reisch also replaced chlorR on the PFF745 plasmid with kanR for us to readily use. He also attained the PFF745 plasmid from Fahim Farzadfard and Timothy K. Lu for us to work with. Adam and Layla significantly helped by training members on required lab techniques and clarifying doubts that the wet lab members had throughout the duration of the project. We extend our sincerest appreciation to them for allowing us to work in their lab and learn from them.
