Accomplishment
Our team improved the expression of key enzyme in bacteria, and leading its stronger ability to degrade polymer into small molecule which maybe more easy to deal with or recycle.
General support
Mainly given by our Professor Liu Luo, Instructor Nie Kaili, our senior schoolmates, Li Zhongyu, Xu Juntao, An Ruipeng. And other Universities iGEM teams.

Project Support
It was mainly support by our teachers, and they also give us lots of instructions. And provide our team with clues and inspirations thus we are able to proceed and finally attain accomplishments in our experiment and project.
Lab Support
We attain advice and instructions and from our teachers, and they also provide us with lab and funding to do the experiment. We also get lots of lab technique support from our senior schoolmates. And our team members also do the experiment to support our project. Han Zehui measured the growth curve of bacteria, Lan Haina tested the influence of growth factors on the growth of bacteria, Jin Shuming tested the optimal PH value of enzyme activity, Shan Guangqi did the transformation, Fu Yi tested the plasmid, Zhao Ran tested the sds-page, and Li Min do the experiment to test laccase activity which was measured by ABTS, and Zhang He did the metabonomics .

Wiki Construction
Wiki is mainly supported by our three team members, Xu Di, Tang Wenrao, Liang Jiahao, they do great job in designing and managing all the wiki pages. The other members provide them with details and contents in our lab, project, ect.

Presentation Coaching
Our presentation was coached by Professor Jen Baeyens, and he is very kind-hearted and patient to give our team lots of useful suggestions. And he also gave us little tips about how to be a good story teller and tried to make us be more confident.

Human Practices
Our team’s human practices is imainly nvolved in three places. Community, Garbage disposal plant , Environment protection agency. They give us a whole picture of garbage disposal in our country, Which also remind us of the worst actuality. And we also show them what we have accomplished in polymer degradation.
Art Design
Our team members have many unique and creative idea about our banner and logo, and we try to combine our project’s main concept into them. We want them to show what we want to do in this project. While how to achieve this is an obstacle for us. It is Li Wenwei, who is talent in drawing cute and abstract pictures that make our idea to stand out markedly.
