Registration and Jamboree Attendance

We fulfilled all bronze medal criteria. Our team is registered for iGEM. we had a challenging but great iGEM year and we can't wait to attend the Giant Jamboree.

Project Inspiration and Description

On our Project Description page, we have documented how and why we chose our iGEM project and how we would achieve our goals.

Characterization

We have added quantitative experimental characterization data to an existing Part, BBa_I715039 and BBa_K523013 from the Registry of Standard Biological Parts.

We are certain that we completed all silver medal criteria.

Validated Part

We documented parts, BBa_K2972009, BBa_K2972010 and BBa_K2972013, on that Part's Main Page on the Registry, which fulfill all formal requirements and is the core of the project. And we really love them.

Collaborations

We contributed to the iGEM community in Beijing by hosting the Beijing iGEM Meet up. And we also collaborated with Tsinghua, Peking, BIT and Tsinghua-A.

Human Practices

We preached to the pubic middle school students and college students. Our education and public engagement can broaden the influence of iGEM and synthetic biology. We also learned from human practices.

Hopefully, we can convince you that we reached the gold medal criteria.

Integrated Human Practices

We have completed communication with the World's Top Five Hundred food company COFCO, whose researchers have given professional advice on our project and improved it. And our survey can make our better.

Improve a Previous Part

We improved the previous part BBa_K1499500 to become our core part BBa_K2972008, which make our engineering bacteria can manage resources.

Model Our Project

We built four models for the project, which can guide the experiments and optimize the production process.
