The below table is a list of all the parts we created. For information on the design, construction, or characterization of a part, please visit the relevant part page on the registry. Most of the parts below were both designed and assembled by our team - assembly mixtures were transformed into DH5 alpha or NEB-5 alpha. The correct assembly of the part was then verified by colony PCR and sequencing. For some parts, further characterization was done, and this is present on the registry page.
The picture on the right is a representative colony PCR - our first step in verifying a part has been assembled. Clones 49B and 41H represent BioBrick K2905018, a reporter with cjBlue and RFP. The RFP specific sequencing primers featured here bind approximately halfway through the product. Sizes for all these bands turned out to be correct. Data for sequence verification of parts K2905001, K2905003, K2905005, K2905010, and K2905016 can be downloaded; sequence verification for other parts can be provided upon request.
