Demonstration of our work

With months of hard work, our efforts led to key experiments that showed that our system to help combat the effects of green seed functions.
To show our project works we need to demonstrate key elements:
- We can produce 6GIX in significant amounts.
- 6GIX can be emulsified and emulsified 6GIX can be used to remove chlorophyll from canola oil

To show we produced 6GIX in significant amounts, we ran SDS-PAGE gel which showed the right bands. We purified the protein using Histag nickel purification and showed bands at the right place which also confirms successful production. We also did a Western Blot.
