Most valuable thing you learned this year

The most valuable thing that I learned this year was /effective/ teamwork. Especially within the HP sub-subteams that were created (regulation, risk and performance) we’ve really learned how to rely on each other and we all trust each other so much! When our schedules get hectic, which they're bound to be at one point or another, the Regulations team is always so accommodating towards one another and that has really created an amazing environment to be in. #regulationNATION
