This figure includes the 4 circuits that generated acceptable pI that our constructs will be applied on. We displayed our constructs and showed where certain tags, such as GGS and R Tag, will be placed. Also, we included a drawing where it demonstrates our future plan which is to use the Elisa assay and glucose uptake assay using CHO cells. These two methods, if considered to be used in the future, will be for the assurance that our insulin conformation is correct and there is binding of the insulin on the glucose receptors.

This figure compares the original design vs a desired design as far as how the cleavage will take place in the chain. It also involves types of procedures, such as, trypsinogen and Nickel bead purifications. We also demonstrated possible ways how to remove certain tags after cleavage and what will the beads possibly bind to aiding in the removal of excess tags.
