We are proud to present the basic parts we designed for our project!

BBa_K2943009 is the activator of the pyocin cluster. BBa_K2943007 and BBa_K2943008 are both parts of the pyocin cluster, and together they contain all the genetic information needed to form a pyocin particle that could connect to a tail fiber protein and become active. BBa_K2943005, BBa_K2943006, BBa_K2943010 and BBa_K2943011 are all tail fiber gene options - each one with a unique targeting spectrum. Click on a Biobrick for more details!
