Attributions
The idea of this project was conceived by the team; advisors and instructors gave advices and suggestions on the implementation of this idea. All the data presented on this wiki was measured, collected, and analyzed by the team members. All the plasmids directly involved in the data presented on this wiki were constructed by the team members. The idea conceiving, content planning, execution, and result analysis of human practice were all done by the team members. The following is the detailed attribution:
Zhang Songyuan is the team leader of Peking iGEM 2019. He first came up with the idea, draw the blueprint, took an overview of the whole project and led the troubleshooting. He also actively participated in the experiments and was mainly in charge of the characterization work.
Yang Leran mainly took part in wet-lab experiments. He was also responsible for financial affairs.
Wang Yiwen was in charge of testing the reversibility of our system and constructing plasmid replication control system. She also did literature research to affirm the necessity and feasibility of our design.
Cui Bofei took part in constructing plasmid replication control system, characterizing of our system as well as designing poster.
Sun Siman took charge of operating the lab, reagent supply and equipment maintenance. She also participated in construction of quorum sensing system. She also did part of human practice.
Shi Yiqiang was responsible for constructing quorum sensing system, and did some work related to micro-fluidic chips.
Qiao Xiaoying took charge of molecular cloning. She constructed our sgRNA library together with others.
Zhang Le also took charge of molecular cloning. She participated in constructing plasmids, building sgRNA library, and doing some analysis.
He Qing was in charge of modeling of our project, and at the same time he also participated in our team’s art design.
Wei Boxing was responsible for human practice and art design of our team.
Liao Zhizhao took responsibility of Wiki construction and testing our system. He also assisted others when they were much too busy.
Li Boyan took part in microfluidic experiment, DAPI staining and laser scanning confocal microscope imaging, poster designing and quantitative analysis of data from microplate reader and microscopic imaging.
