Parts Overview
We used Golden Gate Modular Cloning Assembly (detailed below) in order to assemble our basic parts into composite parts, and then tested our composite parts together for our various experiments (detailed here -- link to the Experiments page!). These formed our parts collections, which we hope to be toolboxes for future iGEMmers interested in engineering cell swarms, understanding cell-cell communication in immune cells, or in general for immunology with further research!
