Notebook

For the synthesis and characterization of the biobricks, as well as the generation of the suckerin-based hydrogels we followed established protocols. In close collaboration with the Miserez group from the Nanyang Technical University in Singapore, we developed a protocol allowing for the purification of the suckerin in inclusion bodies after upscaled production. The lab journal was written using SciNote. All protocols and procedures are shown in the documents below.
