1. Long description

RNA polymerase binds to this sequence and transcribes genes inserted to transgenetic E. coli (DH5α). We asked IDT to total synthesize DNA sequence between prefix and start codon of coding site on the table above. (not including prefix and start codon) Lac promotor is part of this.

2. Biology & Usage

This is used to transcript DNA sequence inserted to transgenic E. coli.
