1. Long description

Ribosome binds to this sequence and stars translating transcribed sequence of transgenic E. coli (DH5α). We asked IDT to total synthesize DNA sequence between prefix and start codon of coding site on the table above. (not including prefix and start codon) Ribosome Binding Site is part of this.

2. Biology & Usage

This is used as scaffold to translate target mRNA.
