This is done as part of a greater mission to make filamentous fungi more accessible as a chassis for synthetic biologists. Design

Our goal with this project is to develop a promoter library of reliable constitutive promoters to use in Aspergillus niger. This is done as part of a greater mission to make filamentous fungi more accessible as a chassis for synthetic biologists. Consequently, the parts developed in this project has been designed, using different engineering principles, to be as easy as possible to work with.
