Core phosphorus removal chamber

Floating ball valve

Aerator pipe

The MBR membrane

Phosphorus wastewater will enter the chamber by gravity overflow, and the side is connected with two float valves with two water levels of high and low. On a normal basis, the water level is between the two float valves. If water level is too low, then low water level float valve falls( As shown in the photo, no water is added and the valve is in the state of fallen), and the low-water light on display panel will light up . On the other hand, if water level is too high, then high water level float valve floats and the high-water level light on display panel will be on. We can monitor the water level according to the panel.

The engineering stain CPP will be released to remove phosphorus in large quantities without requiring an anaerobic environment. There is a membrane assembly in the center of the reaction chamber, including 10 MBR biofilms with an aperture of 0.1um, as well as aeration facilities. Bacteria can be trapped in the reaction chamber by a membrane, so that the effluent is phosphorus-free and sterile. Air passes through the air pipe to reach the bottom of the membrane fixer, and gives out air through the evenly distributed air outlet. Air bubbles, large and small, have a direct scour effect on the membrane, which can deal with the membrane pollution caused by bacterial adsorption.

The phosphorus-free water after bacterial treatment will be pumped to the clean pool next door. After the reaction in the phosphorus removal chamber, turn off the aeration, and the bacteria will settle down slowly. After opening the valve of the mud discharge pipe, the bacteria solution can be transferred to the release tank or sedimentation tank by gravity (whether the release is needed is determined after the experiment).
