As a team, we completed study of molecular biology, synthetic biology, genetic engineering, and laboratory safety. In addition, we elected team leaders, arranged wet and dry team, and finished our project brainstorming. Members of wet team completed plasmid construction, PCR, and experiments under the instruction of our instructor. Members of dry team, on the other hand, worked on the design and summary of questionnaires, expert interview, and field research.
Besides, we want to give special thanks to the following people and organizations outside of our team.
