ADMINISTRATION
The administration committee was responsible for staff and member submissions, as well as submitting documentation to iGEM. They also performed human resources tasks and were responsible for making contact between team members, teachers and people at the University of São Paulo

FINANCES
The finance committee was responsible for managing the team's financial wealth and paying staff and member registrations. In addition, they applied for financial aid and contacted potential sponsors. They were also responsible for other team work to raise money, such as food sales, raffles and crowdfunding control.

VISUAL DESIGN
The visual design committee was responsible for creating the team's visual identity. The project name, color palette used, team mascots, logos and t-shirts were created by this committee.

MARKETING
The marketing committee was responsible for the creation of content for social and corporate networks. They worked with the team banners and posters, as well as creating designs for the wiki. The marketing team was also responsible for producing the video that explains our project.

WIKI
The wiki committee was responsible for writing much of the content that is featured on the wiki. In addition, they worked with the implementation of all items necessary for the proper functioning and good design of our team wiki.

HUMAN PRACTICES
The human practices committee was responsible for planning all humanitarian and outreach activities. In addition, members of this committee participated in a trip to produce the disaster documentary that motivated our project. As such, the HP commission was also responsible for filming and interviews.

MODELLING
The modeling committee was responsible for all the mathematical modeling of our biological system.

WET LAB
The wet lab commission was responsible for the design of the parts we used and the gene circuit of our project. They planned all the experiments and performed them. In addition, they were responsible for analyzing the results obtained.

HARDWARE
The hardware commission was responsible for planning the application of our project. They made the biofilter model using green coconut fiber and UV light. In addition, they were responsible for the characterization experiments of the fiber used.
