1. Registration and Giant Jamboree Attendance

We have all registered for undegraduate team in iGEM 2019.

2. Competition Deliverables:

We created a wiki. We also made a poster and a presentation related to the Jamboree event, and we've submitted the judging form.

We've had help from a lot of professors and we are thankful for that, as noted in the attributions.

5. Characterization:

We've added experimental characterization data to the biobrick BBa_K259007.

Silver medal

1. Validated Part/Validated Contribution:

We've created the part BBa_K3215013, which is a Kill-Switch wherein the lack of Arabinose, there's a reduce in the organism growth rate.

Gold Medal

1. Integrated Human Practices:

Our integrated human pratices are shown and explained in the integrated human pratices wiki section.

2. Improve a Previous Part or Project:

The part BBa_K1405008 was improved, where the cAMP interference was removed, together with one lac Repressor binding site (operator region 3), resulting in an optimization. The created improved part is BBa_K3215016.

3. Model:

Our model took two approaches: one in the modeling of bacteria diffusion and the other in the modeling of the Kill-Switch. The two are shown in the wiki section.
