BASIC PARTS
Cyclic-di-GMP Riboswitch BBa_K3151009
The riboswitch is a secondary RNA structure that acts as a transcriptional regulator when cyclic-di-GMP binds. The cyclic-di-GMP acts with the terminator loop to halt transcription, thus stopping any subsequent translation of downstream proteins.
Cyclic-di-GMP Riboswitch without terminator stem BBa_K3151010
A secondary RNA structure, the riboswitch is a transcriptional regulator which acts with cyclic-di-GMP to terminate transcription. This termination is dependant on the terminator loop acting with the ligand (cyclic-di-GMP). In the absence of this terminator loop, transcription is unregulated by the riboswitch deeming it redundant.
Large subunit Hydrogenase BBa_K3151012
This component is a part of the [NiFe] hydrogenase for Team Macquarie Australia 2019. This part is required to pair up with the small subunit hydrogenase [BBa_K3151013] and hydrogenase maturation protease [BBa_K3151015].
Small Subunit Hydrogenase BBa_K3151013
This component is a part of the [NiFe] hydrogenase for Team Macquarie Australia 2019. This part is required to pair up with the large subunit hydrogenase [BBa_K3151012] and hydrogenase maturation protease [BBa_K3151015].
Hydrogenase maturation protease BBa_K3151014
This component is involved in the maturation of the large subunit of hydrogenase for Team Macquarie Australia 2019. The maturation protease cleaves the C-terminus of [NiFe] hydrogenase large subunit after the Nickel insertion.
Hydrogenase Cyclic-di-GMP Phosphodiesterase BBa_K3151015
The mature hydrogenase (large and small subunits together) will come together with the phosphodiesterase to form the sensory component of the hydrogen biosensor for Team Macquarie Australia 2019.
