We are a group of people full of curiosity and exploration from different professional fields. The completion of the whole project is inseparable from the support of Jiangnan University, the guidance of all professors, teachers and classmates, and the iGEM official's answers to us, the encouragements from CCiC, communications with other teams and companies, and more importantly, it is inseparable from the persistence and efforts of each of our members.

We constructed a genetic circuit with E. coli BL21 as the host strain to achieve complete resistance of E. coli to phage. Among them, in the genetic circuit, we obtained the phage-inducible promoters through transcriptomics data, and obtained the resistance protein by screening, and the P1 component in the iGEM component library as a suicide device, to achieve a highly efficient response to the expression of the resistance protein only when the phage invades. And we applied it to the fermentation growth of some amino acids such as γ-aminobutyric acid, and achieved success.
Here is the specific assignment of our team members.

Acknowledgements
In the face of all the achievements we have made, we sincerely thank all those who support us.
General Support:
We are grateful to the School of Biotechnology and Jiangnan University for solving all the problems of our competition we met, and National Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology gave us great supports.
Project support and advice & Lab support:
We thank Professor Zhiming Rao and Professor Meijuan Xu as the PIs of our project. They not only gave support and guidance on the project, but also provided our laboratory and the experimental equipment needed.
Fundraising help and advice:
Our project was supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key Research and Development Program of China, "Double First Class" subject of Light Industry Technology and Engineering.
Difficult technique support:
We are grateful to Jiajia You and Minglong Shao for supporting and recommending our project. They participated in the design of our project, gave us guidance, and gave us the training of the corresponding knowledge.
Project advisor support:
We thank the teachers Yong Chen and Jingrui Hou. They represented the college to pay attention to the progress of our project and helped us determine the registration issue. We thank Prof. Chun Li from Beijing Institute of Technology and Dr. Haoqian Zhang from the Blue Crystal Laboratory. They were invited to Jiangnan University and had a deep conversation with our team to correct the project direction. And in our laboratory, Xuewei Pan, Mengfei Long, Mengkai Hu helped us to express our knowledge of academics. Pingping Liu and Cong Sun provided us with guidance in the gfp verification experiment. Thank you!
We are once again grateful to all those who have participated in our projects and witnessed our growth. Without you, we will not have our completed project and complete team.
