Experiments

The experimental workflow used during our iGEM project involved many types of experiments. These included, but were not limited to: PCR, Gibson Assembly, gene editing with CRISPR/Cas9 and Western blot. To get a detailed overview of the workflow and the purpose behind each experiment, please refer to the experimental design described on the design page. All of the relevant experimental protocols used during our iGEM project can be found below.

Go through all of the 4 months of lab work documented in Notebook, read up on the details of the different Parts used, or go straight for the actual Results of all our hard work. Under Contribution we have documented how we contributed to iGEM by further characterizing already existing BioBricks, while Safety will take you to the details of how we made sure to keep ourselves and others safe in the lab.
