Screened for Cannabidiol-inducible promoters from our pre-existing E. coli promoter library (Queen’s project: anti-THC antibody-based biosensor).

See our data here. We got 36 hits corresponding to potentially 36 different E. coli promoters that respond to cannabidiol.

Re-created their iGEM Business Scaffold template in a Canadian context. Proofread and modified formatting, added new sections (Operations, Legal Structure, Online Presence), and edited sections (Registration, Location).

Applied our iGEM project into the final business scaffold to prove that it is a viable structure for startup companies.
