Improvements
We have achieved the system Steriport using all the wet lab experiments and software analysis. The system could sterilize the media within 8-10minutes and due to its (20:77:45cm-w:h:b)size and (3.4kg) weight conveniency, the whole system is well portable by any adult person. But there are further improvements we want to achieve using the steriport system.
Future Improvements
- A new chamber for the sterilization of lab equipment like plastic containers like plates, tubes, flasks etc
- To integrate a tube so that we could input the desired antibiotics and indicators and mix with the media when the media has cooled down below the 60 °C.
- We also need to incorporate a compartment that will preserve the extra media left in the system.
