Here, we’d like to thank all those who have helped us during this summer, not only for making iGEM possible, but also for making it so much fun.

General Support

We deeply appreciated the effort of Prof. Rui Zhou, our instructor, for teaching us academic knowledge and kindly providing her lab for our project.

We’d like to thank Dr. Shan Dong, our Primary PI, for supervising the progress of our project and helping us to deal with the difficulties we encountered.

We also want to thank Dr. Lijuan Zhai, our secondary PI, for assisting us greatly in project design during brainstorming, offering general advice on wet lab technique.

We’d like to give our sincerely thanks to Teacher Chi Xu,  our tutor, for providing guidance towards our team work and helping us to organize our HP work ,who greatly prompted the progress of our project.

We also want to thank Dr. Shi Ruyi  for providing our constructive suggests throughout our project. We’d like to thank Song Yifan Song Xixi and Zeng Chuyi,, for providing some innovative ideas in our brainstorming and project design.

We also to thank Ms Ting Liu for encouraging  and comforting  us when we under  pressure.

Bio-lab support

We’d like to thank Prof. RuiZhou in Wuhan University for kindly providing her lab to undertake our wet lab experiment.

We’d like to extend our thanks to Cheng Wang and JieZhu for helping us experimental techniques, such as molecular cloning experiments and SDS-PAGE and WB.

We also want to thank Prof. Binguang Ma in Hua Zhong Agricultural University for providing his lab to construct the plasmid for characterization part.

We’d like to express our thanks to Dr. Kaixiang Shi in kindly giving us the arsenic stocking solution for our wet lab experiment, who also gave us some valuable suggestions during our experiment.

And we want to thank the technicians in Experimental Instruments Platform in Wuhan University, for providing us experimental instruments such as full-length microplate reader and atomic fluorescence spectrum.

Modeling support
