Genetically Modifying the Metabolism Pathway of Pichia pastoris
to Strengthen its Capabilities of Converting Methanol
Hello! This is Team ShanghaiFLS_China, a team made up of high school students from - but not only from - Shanghai Foreign Language School. We aim to modify Pachia pastoris, a type of methylotropic yeast, to maximize its methanol conversion rate, as well as to lower its oxygen consumption and heat generation during metabolism.
