Composite Parts
Composite Parts

The composite parts are BBa_k2960001 to BBa_k2960006.

The composite parts for mlrA, B, C, E, and F contain a constitutively-active promoter sequence (J23100), a ribosome binding site (BBa_J61100), the mlr gene of interest, the TorA tat sequence (BBa_K1012002), a 3x FLAG tag (BBa_K823034), and a terminator (BBa_B0015). The composite part for mlrD contains all of the above except the TorA tat sequence.
