REGISTER
The Jamboree attendance fee for the iGEM 2019 Giant Jamboree is $845 USD per team attendee during Late Registration (including students, instructors, and advisors).
Details
- All iGEM teams who wish to present at the Giant Jamboree must register at least one team member by the Regular Registration deadline (extended to September 3, 2019, 11:59PM EDT).
- All iGEM team members are welcome to attend, including students, instructors, professors, and advisors.
- Guests are welcome to register up until the late registration deadline.
- Onsite registration will be available at the late registration price on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- All Jamboree attendees must register and wear their badge at all times. Only confirmed registrants will receive badges.

General PublicGeneral public attendees, including family and friends, are welcome to attend the iGEM Giant Jamboree, on a space available basis. All guests must register and pay the Jamboree attendance fees. Entrance to all Jamboree events is dependent on space availability. Preference is given to iGEM team members, team instructors, team affiliates, followed by general public. What's IncludedYour Jamboree registration fee includes a team presentation slot, a team poster location, side events, a social event, and the awards ceremony. The registration will also cover refreshments during breaks and poster sessions, as well as lunches. REFUND POLICYRefunds for cancellations for the Giant Jamboree registration fee received in writing on or before September 3, 2019, will be granted less a $50 processing fee. Requests should be sent to hq [AT] igem [DOT] org. No refunds will be granted after that date. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and will be processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the original payment. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of an individual to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God, and other events beyond iGEM's control. All team payments must be received on or before the due date.
INVOICESAn invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2019 Giant Jamboree attendance form at the registration websites listed above. To request an invoice at a later date, return to the registration website above, enter the email address previously used to complete the form and click on 'View or Change your Existing Registration' and log in with the email address and password previously used to complete the form.
