    As a member of Mingdao iGEM 2016. He came back to biolab in our school to help us in our cloning experiments, and gave us lots of advising.

    National Chiao Tung University helped us do SDS-PAGE for CYP2E1, which let us know the condition for protein induction in B.subtilis.

    Tunghai University helped us verify CYP2E1 function for breaking down benzene in chemical engineering laboratory, and discussed the experimental design with us.

    Mingdao High School built up a biolab based on Synthetic Biology, where we're doing iGEM with equipment for Molecular Biology research. And it also provided funding for the iGEM competition.

    Thanks for BGSC, who provided us with Bacillus gene parts for free.
