Designing an experiment and measuring the experimental data are both complicated assignments, which require brilliant thoughts and careful plans. I also learned that patience and perseverance are two crucial elements because the experiments usually can't reach the goal we desire. We finally use a series of tubes connected to a 5000 ppm CO2 cylinder,and place our algae in the final tube which can absorb CO2. Then we set up a CO2 sensor in the end of the tube. This method can show the instantaneous absorb effect of our product every second.</li>
