Team:XMU-China/Composite Part

A series of composite parts have been designed this year, and most of them are useful for our project. And our favorite composite part is BBa_K2922009 , which contains the sequence of the protein Kil. Kil protein, which accumulates in the periplasmic space of the bacteria, can increase the periplasmic space and improved the membrane permeability of bacteria. Therefore, the protein inside the bacteria can secrete out of bacteria with the help from Kil protein. The use of proper intensity of the promoter can not only achieve the purpose of secretion but also prevent side effects of cell lysis and death. After a series of experiments, J23109 is determined as the most proper promoter.
