Notebook

This notebook contains all experiment records, process and data of our team-GreatBay SCIE in 2019.

Making sure that every member in our team has the authority to access and update new experiment records in our notebook, we chose to use an online shared document. The notebook consists of two parts: protein purification and molecular cloning. Every member must update the certain part of the experiment he or she is responsible for at the end of that day so that others can continue following the process. The protocol set for both parts has been strictly followed all through the experiments.
