Team Members

General Support

Thank our advisors, Mr. Hui Huang and Mr. Xinhu Zhou, for helping us for a long time. They helped us to communicate with the leaders of our school. We also thank School of Science for providing space for daily work.

Lab support

Our first PI, Dr. Yu Liu provided us with support of experiment platform, materials and equipments. She arranged the overall experimental plan.

Our secondary PI, Dr. Xuemei Ji provided us with the guidance of experiment design and protocols.

Nannan Kang, Yang Liu, and Yiqing Mao are graduate students in Prof. Liu’s lab and they provided us help for cell experiments.

Human practice support

Thanks to Nanjing Jiangning Hospital, they gave us an opportunity to consult the doctors who are experienced in tuberculosis treatment.

Thanks to experts from Nanjing Municipal Center for Disease Control and Control (Nanjing CDC), they helped us learn about the current status of diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.

Thanks to Professor Yibei Xiao, Professor Yijun Chen, they helped us improve our project by providing advices on designing targeted exosomes.

Thanks to Professor Zhou, he raised the problem of excessive cell overload and transfection stability.
