■Background

  • In the past ten months, we have received many guidance suggestions and encouragement from most people, including professors, lecturers, laboratory teachers, as well as various institutions and the general public. We would like to thank all those who have helped us so that we can continue to push our project forward until we successfully complete our project. In December, we set up a new team, ZJUT-CHINA, which brought together 19 players and divided them into three groups according to their specialties. They are wet group, dry group and HP group. During the winter vacation, some teachers of our college gave us some technical guidance, including the resource teaching of literature consulting, the learning of construction route, and the specific operation of HP, to help us complete our project more effectively. From January to March, we had a fascinating brainstorm. At the same time, our work on human practice continues. At the end of March, we finally secured our project and began to work tirelessly for it. All experiments were carried out by members of the group.

    First of all, we would like to thank all the project teachers for their guidance to us, as well as for their interviews and strong support for our professors and teachers. Their encouragement to us is our forward gas station.
    Secondly, we would like to thank all the team members for their efforts, innovation and perseverance. Everything you have done slowly brings together the final project results.
    Finally, we would like to thank all the residents who participated in our questionnaire survey, as well as the aldehyde removal companies and furniture companies that we interviewed. Hangzhou Environmental Protection Bureau has played a very important role in promoting our project.

    Connect DNA sequence of lacI on plasmid pUC57.
    Genscript(Nanjing) helped us Synthesize DNA sequence of gfa-flhA-fghA on plasmid PCC1.
    The rest was all done by ourselves.
