Introduction

Everyone had gotten sick before and gone into hospital for sure. We all know that there are lots of bacteria inside the hospital, so the hospital prepares alcohol in front of the door for whatever patients or accompanies to clean their hands before you come in. While amounts of people neglect how important it is, even I did the same thing, but some people get sick and the others will not. What is the true reason did people get infected in the hospital? Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Psendomonas aeruginosa are most common bacteria in a hospital, patients will get infect because they have wound, and it needs time to recover. During the recovering, if there is something wrong, it probably increases the risk of infection.

History

At first, the model of the product is manually operated, but it is hard to find the best time of spreading out the antimicrobial peptide (JJ01). We worked through data simulation about the concentration that we need to keep the bactericidal effect in optimize which could not only convenience customers but also help us to maintain the effect of our product. According to suggestion from Prof. I-Kuan Yang, we developed the nozzle model since the nozzle will affect the JJ01 flows so we used the software-WORKBENCH to simulate optimize effect and considered the air fluent and also the friction loss. Moreover, it is the wall-hanging style sprayer which can make sure to reduce the antibacterial function of the JJ01 at the dead corner.

Normally there is three effective way to disinfection alcohol, blanch water, and hypochlorous acid majorly. Alcohol needs rich over 75% concentration otherwise is ineffectiveness, for people who are dry skin overusing will cause rough skin, and it is smell is a little bit stimulation, is inappropriate in enclosed and public space. For instance, most of the hand sanitizer is the principle component is alcohol, and it is low concentration and restricts it is function. Blanch water, it’s principle component is sodium hypochlorite, it can though hydrolysis to turn into hypochlorous acid to disinfect, but it’s not all of the sodium hypochlorites will turn into hypochlorous acid actually, and it will release some toxic gas stimulate your skin, respiratory duct, etc. moreover, it has to dilute with cold water, and over 200 ppm otherwise it can’t get that effect. However, our product won’t hurt our body, whatever inside or outside, moreover it won’t cause drug resistance, because the peptide is a physical way to disinfect not chemical way, and it’s colorless and odorless, customer can use safely.
